How long will it take to receive my Athlo gear?
We hustle hard to get your order to you. All orders are dispatched from our Lucknow warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, standard delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
Non-Metro Cities: 4 to 7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free standard shipping on all orders (both prepaid and Cash on Delivery) valued at ₹1,499 and above. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you an email and SMS with your tracking link. You can also log into your Athlo account and navigate to the “Track My Order” section for real-time updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Athlo ships exclusively within India. We are focused on engineering the best activewear for the Indian community, but we hope to expand our footprint in the future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day Return and Exchange policy. If your gear isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and packaging attached.
How do I place a return or exchange request?
It’s easy:
Log in to your account at www.athlo.in.
Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return/exchange.
Choose your preferred resolution (Refund, Store Credit, or Size/Color Exchange).
Our courier partner will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Yes. For strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sports bras, innerwear, socks, headwear, or water bottles. Clearance sale items are also final sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure payment methods, including:

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and highly secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. Athlo does not store your card details or UPI PINs.
Note on COD Orders: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, our team may call or SMS you to verify your Cash on Delivery order before we dispatch it.
How do I know which size to order?
We design our activewear to flatter the Indian body type. Every product page features a detailed Size Guide with exact measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more compressive, athletic fit, or sizing up for a relaxed, loungewear feel.
How should I wash and care for my Athlo activewear?
To keep your gear looking premium and performing perfectly:
Machine wash cold with like colors.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach (they degrade the sweat-wicking properties).
Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry in the shade.
Do not iron directly on printed logos or delicate mesh panels
