Refund & Return Policy

At Athlo, we engineer our activewear using premium fabrics designed to elevate your performance and style. We want you to love the way our gear fits and feels. However, if a piece isn’t the perfect match for you, our hassle-free return and exchange process has you covered.

  1. Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Whether you need a different size, a different color, or just want to return the item, we are here to help make it right.

  2. Conditions for a Successful Return

    To ensure we can process your refund or exchange swiftly, please ensure the items meet the following criteria:

    • Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely undamaged.

    • Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags must be attached, and the item should be returned in its original Athlo packaging.

    • Handle with Care: When trying on our luxury activewear, please ensure you do not leave any makeup, lotion, or deodorant stains on the fabric. Items returned with odors, stains, or signs of wear will not pass our quality check and will be shipped back to you.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Sports bras and innerwear.

    • Socks and headwear.

    • Water bottles and fitness accessories.

    • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless you received a defective or incorrect item).

  4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    We’ve made the process as effortless as possible:

    • Log In: Go to your Athlo account on www.athlo.in and navigate to “My Orders.”

    • Select the Item: Choose the order and the specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    • Choose Your Resolution: Select whether you want a refund to your original payment method, Athlo Store Credit, or a size/color exchange.

    • Schedule Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the package from your delivery address within 24-48 hours. Please keep the package securely sealed.

  5. The Quality Check & Refund Process

    Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct a quick quality check to ensure the item meets our return conditions.

    • Refunds: After the quality check is passed, we will initiate your refund.

      • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.

      • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will send you a secure payout link to transfer the refund to your chosen bank account or UPI ID. Alternatively, you can opt for instant Athlo Store Credit.

    • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, your new requested size or color will be dispatched immediately after the returned item passes the quality check.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    In the rare event that you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@athlo.in with clear photos of the defect and your order number, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
